GO TO BED ON TIME
It's that simple. If you can't obey this one, it's pointless to even continue reading.
TRY NOT TO SNOOZE
It may seem like the only thing standing in the way of you killing yourself, but it's not and it actually makes it harder for you to wake up. Also waking up every 5 minutes is not resting, it's stress and you know it. Try putting your phone out of reach, so you need to get out of bed to grab it. It worked out for some of us.
OFFLINE IS THE NEW LUXURY
Do not, we repeat, DO NOT look at your social media notifications as soon as you open your eyes. It will save you at least half an hour and you really don't need to see that someone arrived in Bali right before your morning coffee.
LET THE SUNSHINE IN
Don't close the blinds before you go to sleep, let the natural light wake you up.
OPEN THE WINDOW
Try not to jump, instead just breathe. Fresh air = optimism.
DO YOUR BEAUTY ROUTINE
Don't be lazy, take care of your skin. Do not go to bed with your make up on, no judgments.
PLAY SOME MUSIC
We suggest you play your favorite tunes that make you feel great and that will motivate you to rise and grind that day.
This is basically good mood but in a liquid form. We know life has given you some lemons, so put them to good use.
MAKE YOURSELF SOME BREAKFAST
Doing something good for yourself early in the morning makes you feel good and accomplished for the day to come.
Go to your favorite blogs, scroll down your Pinterest, read a book, watch your favorite show. You can do this while you are having breakfast so you don't waste any time.
